I'm the Founder of Gr8Life,
Bachelors of Science Degree in Health and Wellness, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Massage Therapist and Certified Holistic Health Consultant
Gr8Life is a privately owned consulting company that provides simple and objective teachings in health education.
Our goal is to teach optimal health through proper awareness and accessible resources. We have made this possible by creating an online resource center that advocates for individuals to play a more active role in their health and wellness.
For over, 10-years I have helped individuals identify, eliminate and prevent some of the most threatening and debilitating lifestyle diseases affecting the world today-such as obesity, type II diabetes, heart disease, depression, allergies, hypertension, and arthritis.
